Content policy

How content gets published, and taken down.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

What We Publish

Everything on involvingai.com, in our blog, and on our own social channels is written and produced by Involving AI. We do not host third party posts, reviews, comments, or user generated content. If you can see it on our channels, we put it there.

Before Anything Goes Live

Every piece of public facing content passes a review step before publication:

  • Authorship check. All copy, graphics, and media are confirmed as our own work, or licensed for our use.
  • Third party material. Any image, quote, dataset, or media that originates with someone else is used only with permission or a valid license on file.
  • Final review. A designated representative of Involving AI reviews and approves the content immediately before it is published.

When Something Is Wrong

If we become aware that published content is inaccurate, offensive, defamatory, or infringes the rights of another person, we act on it. The procedure is the same whether we find it ourselves or a reader or rights holder flags it:

  • Report it. Email [email protected] and tell us where the content is and what the problem is.
  • We review it. A designated representative reviews the report within one business day.
  • We fix it. If the content is inaccurate, we correct it. If it is offensive, defamatory, or infringing, we remove it or edit it to resolve the issue.
  • We confirm. We respond to the reporter with what we did, unless replying would itself create legal risk.

Infringement and Takedown Requests

If you believe specific material on this site infringes your copyright, include in your report: the work in question, where it appears on the site, your name and contact details, and a statement of your ownership or authority to act on behalf of the owner. We evaluate these requests under applicable law and act promptly on valid claims.

Scope

This policy covers involvingai.com, our blog, and materials we publish on our own channels. It does not cover content we produce privately for client work, which is governed by the terms of the relevant client agreement. This policy is reviewed and updated as our channels and content expand.
