With over fifteen years in software development and technical leadership, I specialize in making AI practical for real-world business. Dual US/UK citizen and Western Carolina University alum, I’ve served as CTO in crypto and digital media and am passionate about building stable, scalable solutions—from cloud infrastructure to automated workflows. A systems thinker with a love for process and continual improvement, I strive for reliable execution and sustainable innovation. Outside of work, I enjoy mountain adventures, running, and family life with my wife Lauren and our three boys. I believe well-crafted technology should simplify life and free us to focus on what matters most.
George Crump, Co-Founder
I draw upon over fifteen years of entrepreneurship, coaching, and hands-on leadership experience to keep our company moving forward with both purpose and energy. Originally from the UK and now a proud Colorado resident (sometimes from the comfort of a mountain home, other times from the road in my motorhome), my background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh, years as an engineer, and later building a successful construction company with my wife, Amy. My passion lies in helping businesses achieve more with less focusing on strategic impact, efficient processes, and effective teams. At Involving AI, I combine my expertise in small business operations and personal development philosophies like extreme ownership and abundance mindset. I am energized by the outdoors, trail running, and exploring new places, always striving to maximize both personal and professional growth. My straightforward, nurturing approach inspires those around me to move boldly, challenge limits, and maintain a sustainable, healthy balance along the journey.
Lauren Spiers, Co-Founder
I bring passion, energy, and a people-first mindset to everything I do. After earning my degree in Elementary Education and Literacy from West Chester University, my career journey began as an elementary teacher before I transitioned into the fast-paced world of tech. Alongside my husband Nick, and our business coach and friend George, we co-founded Involving AI to help businesses thrive by harnessing the power of customized AI solutions—combining my lifelong dedication to learning, community-building, and authentic connection. A dedicated mother to three adventurous boys and an active member of the Charlotte community, I value honesty, inclusion, and growth, both for myself and my team. My background in education, years living abroad, commitment to health and recovery, and my love for energizing groups give me a unique perspective on leadership. At IAI, I work to inspire and empower others to embrace change, unlock potential, and succeed—together.
